Carveti Group is an NHS partner who is responsible for the construction and maintenance for NHS patient care facilities. As a Branding expert, it has been my responsibility to strengthen the values of the company through an internal branding campaign named “Carveti Cares”.
Culture Book
A culture book is essential for the induction process when onboarding new employees. The companies culture is maintained when the organisational values are integrated into the behaviours of all staff members. A culture book helps to improve the onboarding process in recruitment as it stops the employee facing culture shock when walking into a new company. In Carveti, I worked directly with HR Management to help optimize the companies recruitment.
Annual Review Form
Below is a performance review document I designed in collaboration with the HR Team. The aim for this project was to provide a clear career progression system for Carveti’s employees. My design made the document look less corporate and more approachable, therefore creating more engagement from employees.
LinkedIn Posts
When I first started working with Carveti they had no presence on Linkedin, which acted as a hinderence for companies goals as they needed a social media presence to help unite the interests of the Carveti employees, and to attract new talent towards the company. The Linkedin posts below inhabit the new brand image which I established for Carveti, and the content promotes the growth mindset of the company.
Mental Health Poster
To promote the brand narrative of “Carveti Cares” I was assigned to produce a poster which incentivises our employees to take care of their mental health.
Eyesight Health Poster
Another incentive provided by Carveti is the opportunity to have half price glasses. This also shows that Carveti Cares about their staff, therefore strengthening the efforts of integrating the “Carveti Cares” values.
